The Mr. Jagdish Rajput Residence is a contemporary urban home designed as a strong architectural statement, balancing bold massing with refined material expression. Conceived for a compact urban plot, the residence emphasizes verticality, privacy, and climatic responsiveness while maintaining a distinct street presence.

The façade is articulated through layered volumes and contrasting textures, combining exposed stone cladding, textured plaster, and smooth concrete surfaces. This interplay of materials creates depth and shadow, lending the building a dynamic yet composed visual character. Carefully recessed balconies and framed openings soften the mass while offering shaded outdoor extensions for the upper floors.

A prominent projecting roof plane crowns the structure, visually unifying the elevation and providing protection from harsh sun and rain. Warm wooden soffit finishes introduce a tactile contrast to the otherwise muted grey palette, adding warmth and human scale to the composition.

Openings are strategically placed to ensure ample daylight and cross-ventilation, while maintaining privacy from the street. The corner-facing balconies and screened elements allow filtered views and controlled interaction with the outdoors, reinforcing comfort within a dense urban context.
